Jamarl S. Johnson is accused of robbing a PNC Bank on Sept. 29, Pleasantville police said.
Officers and detectives of the Pleasantville Police Department responded to a silent hold-up alarm from the PNC Bank, 935 West Black Horse Pike.
As Officers were in route, Lieutenant David Aristizabal made contact with bank employees whom confirmed there was a robbery in progress.
The suspect fled.
On Oct. 5,, The Pleasantville Detective Bureau conducted a thorough investigation that resulted in the execution of a search warrant of Johnson's residence. During the search, Johnson was arrested for weapons offenses and released on a summons.
Johnson was ultimately taken into custody, after further investigation, for the robbery, terroristic threats, and theft.
Johnson was processed and is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a hearing.
